I really enjoyed fitness walking but the longer I walked the more my back hurt. I learned through ChiCoaching that my problem was my foot alignment was affecting my back. Also, by leading with my legs and striking with my heel landing I was really putting a pounding on my spine. I have now learned though prating my Chi-Posture I no longer feel the pain in my back and I am so much lighter on my feet!
