ChiRunning 4hr Workshop
Learn the components of ChiRunning technique so running can be easy and pain free!
In this fun 4 hours, we will guide you through drills designed to leave you with a clear sense of what the ChiRunning technique feels like in your body.
Have you ever learned how to run? Seems pretty basic to put one foot in front of the other…yet 65% of runners are injured every year and most people find running hard.
It’s not running that causes pain, but HOW you run.
Running is not hard but HOW you run makes it hard.
Learn: Posture, Foot Placement, How to Move from Your Center (not using legs), Arm Swing, Circular Stride, Stride Length and Cadence.
All levels are welcome! We will video participants at the beginning to ensure we cover your issues.
COVID precautions will be taken.

Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $35 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop with ChiLiving, Inc. within one year with no penalty.
If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi Living, Inc. within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment.
The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
