Join Danny Dreyer for his 10-week Winter 2020 Training Program

We will be starting up our Winter 2020 Training program on Tuesday evening, January 7th. We’ll meet at the Reuter Center parking lot (upper entrance to the building) on a weekly basis for the next ten weeks.  We will also meet every Sunday morning at Bent Creek Hardtimes Trailhead at 8:30am for long runs (optional).

Tuesday evening Track Workouts*: We’ll be doing a mix of track intervals and hill intervals. These workouts are designed for ALL levels of runners… from beginners to seasoned runners. So, if you’ve never done track workouts before, you’re in good hands. All of these workouts will contain a healthy dose of running technique to make your running more efficient and injury-free. It’s the perfect way to prepare for a Spring race event!
The fee for attending these workouts is $80 for 10 weeks, or you can pay a $10 drop-in fee.
*These workouts are ONLY open to those who have:
a.) Participated in a previous Asheville Training Program with Danny
b.) Attended a ChiRunning Workshop (Full or Half-day)
c.) Taken a private session with Danny

 

Sunday morning long runs**: If you’re training for the Asheville Biltmore half or full marathons this is perfect for you. In these long runs, we’ll also be focusing on technique to help you run those uphills and downhills in the best way possible, with the least amount of effort. For those of you who are training for the AVL Biltmore Half or Full we’ll be doing mock-ups of the actual course you’ll be running on race day. Race-specific training is the best training there is.
It doesn’t matter what your long run distance or speed is, you’ll be surrounded by an accommodating and supportive group of runners. These long runs will prepare you for any event you plan to run in the Spring.
**These long runs are FREE and open to anyone.

 

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 14 days before the workshop and you will be refunded your registration payment minus a $35 processing fee, or you can use the registration payment for a future workshop with ChiLiving, Inc. within one year with no penalty.

If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi Living, Inc. within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment.

The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
