Summer is a great time to deepen your running practice and get prepared for those fall races. This a perfect program for any ChiRunner wanting a good review of all the form focuses or someone wanting to learn the ChiRunning technique and get lots of practice. (LIMIT 8 PEOPLE)
We will be following the 6 Week ChiRunning Injury-Free Intermediate 5K plan. Once plan is purchased via Final Surge, you will have a free athlete account.

Goal: Moving from your Center
Week 3: Lesson: Lean
Goal: Engage Gravity & Cadence
Week 4: Lesson: Lower Body

Week 5: Lesson: Upper Body
Goal: Have your Upper Body Join the Fun!
Week 6: Lesson: Upper Body & Lower Body
Goal: Put it all together!

Facebook Group: A place for all participants to share experiences, ask questions, stay accountable to the 6 week plan.
Access to my TRU Workout Portal which includes strength training and stretching routines: Get access to strength training workouts and stretching routines for runners. These include a variety of workouts from corrective exercise, to strength training, foam rolling, etc. I have pre approved all the workouts and they are easy to follow with videos.
Weekly Technique Training and Running: We will meet weekly. I will teach the material for the week and then we will run for 30 minutes practicing while I’ll be coaching participants individually.
Saturdays 6/22-7/27 from 6-7am
Video Analysis- I will video record participants at the group workouts in Week 1. I will send those videos to you online with my comments so you will always have something to review.

If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee can be credited towards a future workshop purchased with Chi Living, Inc. within one year. If you cancel within two days of the workshop you forfeit your full payment.
