Typically, high school coaches are focused on motivation and team/sport logistics while training is limited to generalized or basic programs. Almost no time is spent on teaching athletes how to run correctly!
Student athletes usually suffer high-injury rates, don’t reach their fullest potential, and/or quit the sport altogether!

Level 1
What does it include:
- Six 1-hour weekly live instructional sessions via Zoom
Interactive sessions led by Master Instructor Marc Waxman - Replay recordings of each session
Level 2
What does it include:
- Six 1-hour weekly live instructional sessions via Zoom
Interactive sessions led by Master Instructor Marc Waxman - Replay recordings of each session
- Four one-on-one Zoom coaching sessions based on your specific needs (45-min)
Custom 6-wk Training Program Add-on
Get an individualized online Training Plan added on to either level of the ChiRunning Student Athlete Program! This customized 6-week Training Program, powered by Final Surge, will be designed by one of our Master Instructors based on your unique needs.
“I’m currently a sophomore in high school, and I started running the summer before my freshman year. Right from the get-go, I knew I’d found my new passion. However, soon after I started running competitively in cross country, I became stuck in a cycle of injuries that caused bilateral stress fractures. Needless to say, I needed help.
