In this free Zoom clinic, Constanza Lisdero, Master Instructor, will give an introductory lesson on ChiRunning/ChiWalking. She will show you how to integrate Chi methods in a way that’ll keep you moving and feeling fabulous for years to come whether walking, running, and/or hiking.
