I had the pleasure of learning ChiRunning with Danny Dreyer at a week-long workshop at Kripalu. In the past, I ran for health & fitness but never actually enjoyed running. It was a lot of effort and discomfort and I was always really happy when it was over. After learning the ChiRunning technique, I find running to be much easier and can honestly say that I even like to run now! I became an instructor so that I could share this experience with others. It brings me such joy to help people experience running without pain or injuries and with far less effort than they ever exerted before! ChiRunning is an amazing technique that really helps us to be more mindful while using our bodies the way they were designed to move.
