That’s me after my first marathon! Chi Running made training accessible and enjoyable. I am thrilled to be sharing ChiRunning and ChiWalking with my community. It has brought me much joy and forever altered my running and my life. It’s holistic approach offers immediate benefits as well as endless opportunities for discovery. It continues to feels fresh and engaging, it has helped me get more from my runs, and it has provided sought after time in the sun and fresh air (especially in this current pandemic environment).
I love to witness the freedom and joy students experience while learning these techniques. They feel empowered to trust their bodies and enjoy movement again!
ChiRunning and ChiWalking is for EVERYONE – beginners, ultra runners, and anyone that wants to:
– avoid pain and injury AND
– enjoy running and walking further and faster
