I’ve been running all my life but it was only when I discovered Chi Running that I found I could train and run injury free.
I’ve been injury free for ten years now and I attribute that to a patient, gradual approach to training. I’m more concerned with listening to my body and doing what’s right for me than a ‘no pain no gain.’
You’ll find me running in the trails and fells of the Peak District National Park and Yorkshire UK.
