I am a US Navy veteran, American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise is Medicine Certified, Original Strength Certified, Functional Movement Systems Certified, and a Certified Running Coach through Road Runners Club of America. I started my own health and fitness company in 2007, Fitness For Your Lifestyle, LLC and do in-home and one-to -one personal training, fitness assessments, functional screening, walking and running workshops. While living in Tulsa, Oklahoma I worked with Fortune 5oo companies and government agencies to bring fitness, health and running/walking training to their employees. I also have a Bachelor of Arts degreee in Adult Training and Development. My favorite running distance is 10 miles and I try to do a couple half marathons each year!
