Chi Walk-Runner

Starting to run can be intimidating, but we will walk you through it with our Chi Walk-Run Program. With this, you are set up to succeed while dramatically lowering your risk of injury! Why not start off on the right foot?

Walk to Run is a series of short runs interrupted by very short walking breaks. This allows your body to easily adjust to regular workouts and builds your cardio-aerobic conditioning. The goal of our Walk-Run program is to eventually get you running consistently with confidence and ease!
