Katherine & Danny Dreyer

Katherine and Danny Dreyer are co-authors of ChiWalking: Fitness Walking for Lifelong Health and Energy; ChiRunning and ChiMarathon.

They have taught thousands of walkers and runners throughout the US and globally since 1999 and have worked with AARP, NY Times and other organizations, bringing the Chi principles to all ages and levels of fitness.

They’ve combined Danny’s experience as a successful coach and Katherine’s career in health and wellness to offer ChiWalking programs that are easy to learn and truly enjoyable.
