Walking is such a basic, everyday movement, and when you improve the quality of how you walk, you’ll improve the quality of your life.

Topics Covered:

Week 1: Get aligned, feel aligned and move from your center
Alignment is KEY! Not only in walking — but to everything in life! Learn how to move forward with as little leg muscle as possible so we don’t get injured.

Week 2: Lower body, how to relax your legs as you go
Learn how not to use your legs to move forward.

Week 3: Using your Arms
Learn how to use your arms and upper body to add smoothness to your walking gait and act to counterbalance the motion of your lower body.

Week 4: Adding Fluidity to your form
Master pelvic rotation to reduce the impact of the road on everything below your waist as your stride reaches a new level of smoothness.

Week 5: Walking at different speeds
Find your rhythm! Learn how to use a metronome to set the rhythm of your stride and lessen your effort.

Week 6: Putting it All Together

*Zoom Calls will be recorded and distributed
