Katherine Dreyer is founder of ChiLiving and co-author of ChiRunning, ChiWalking, and ChiMarathon with her husband and business partner, Danny Dreyer.

Over the last thirty years, she has combined her career in publishing, health and fitness with her living study of Eastern philosophy, meditation and mindful practices to bring the Chi programs to people around the world.

She is an author, teacher, speaker and creator of ChiLife Coaching.
