Hamstring & quad soreness went away with Chi

Dear Chi Team,

The reason I’m writing is to share about how my form has so improved lately.
At first, I had calf pain. My usual hamstring and quad soreness went away
with the Chi technique and I had sore calves instead. As I’ve continued to
relax my lower body and concentrate on the focuses that pain as of today is
pretty much gone.
