Faster, Farther… and Fun!
I ran 3 minutes faster for 2.5 miles and my legs felt like I had just gotten a massage! Over the last 2 months, I have practiced your techniques and increased my mileage while running faster. My knees felt better immediately and running is so much fun again!
Furthermore, I am more aware of my posture throughout the day and feel better in everyday activities.
