More speed… with less fatigue!
I went out today and ran 10 miles. Normally I would run 8:25 min. miles for my long training runs. Remarkably, at every mile I was going 7:40 and I wasn’t even tired. The metronome also helped me keep my cadence, and I felt more in tune with how loose my lower legs and feet felt.
Thanks again for all your help. I know this is just the beginning but I am very excited about the possibilities and will tell all my friends.
