Simple, So Enjoyable and Easy to Learn

I started using the Chi running form at the beginning of this
year, when I turned 47, and I just want to say how much I am enjoying the form and the ease of running.

I run about 3 miles, 3-4 days a week and I want to thank you for making this simple, enjoyable and so easy to learn.
