Setting PR’s Injury-free
I started running only 2 years ago and decided to train for a marathon that first year. I was very happy I managed to complete it but I did pick up a couple of minor injuries along the way. It was not long afterwards that I discovered ChiRunning and being a long time tai chi practitioner and teacher it really fit in with what I was already familiar with. Since using the method I have not had any other injuries and my running technique and speed has improved dramatically. I ran two half-marathons last year and improved my personal best on both of them. Without the ChiRunning method I’m sure I would never have got anywhere near those times, or felt as comfortable running as I do now. I’m still learning and look forward to what I can achieve in the future due to following these teachings!
