Running Was a Disaster Before ChiRunning
I am 53 and I live in Poland. Two years ago, I decided to come back to swimming, biking and running. In the process I lost about 13 kg in weight. My achievements in first two disciplines are quite satisfactory but running was a disaster…until I read ChiRunning. This is only my very first impression, but after following just your main points of advice, I can now run 30% longer than my normal distance, breathing by nose only. Before, I had to breathe by mouth and I was quite exhausted at the end.
Thanks for that. Now I believe I can improve my running skills and run 10K instead of 3K next year.
