ChiRunning in Paris on Cobblestones
I’ve been getting smoother and smoother with the ChiRunning I’ve
learned from book, DVD and CD. I hit the turnaround of my 1-hour
20-minute run this morning in 29 minutes! It’s nice to finish a long
run and find your legs are not the slightest bit sore.
ChiRunning has really saved my legs on these hard Paris cobblestones. It’s especially hard for someone from Alaska who almost never runs on pavement, who’s 30 lbs. overweight and 58 years old.
Thanks to ChiRunning, I’m able to run five days a week and I’ve lost 15 pounds while living in Paris.
That last part is a real accomplishment!
