Just wanted to say that after reading your book, I really became
more aware of my body as I was running. I also noticed that I wasn’t as
fatigued out during and after my runs. Even the uphill runs became so much
easier, I was so surprised by that! Usually, I used to run for 6 to 8
months at a time and then quit because, most likely, I felt tired out by
running. But so far it’s been a year, and I’m still going! The concept of
leaning the body slightly forward into the run, not using solely the legs as
the main source of energy, and focusing on keeping the body limbs more
relaxed during the run has really been helpful for me. I really enjoy
running a lot more now.
