A Smoother, More Confident Runner
I was in your ChiRunning clinic at Stanford in August. I’d been dabbling with running on and off for a few years, but I could never get past total lung exhaustion and legs that wouldn’t carry me more than 1.5 miles. But your advice improved my lung problem immensely, and your ChiRunning methods made me a much smoother, more confident runner. I picked up Danny’s book after about a month of memorizing your notes too…So from not being able to run more than 5 laps on August 1 when I took your class, I ran the 3-mile race course the other day and lived to tell the tale! Let’s hope I do even better on Friday nite! Wish me luck! Next race I will hope to have ordered my ChiRunning shirt so I can show the world….
