An injured runner here. I almost gave up running, after on and off painful running, over the years. A friend gave me your book and I skeptically skimmed through the section about posture and leaning and headed out the door the next day. Amazingly I could run without pain! I just enjoyed it so much that day that I ran a total of 10 km. The day after I had no pain either. I am still reading your book today. Been training with ChiRunning for a few weeks now.
