Major Props on ChiRunning
I have to give you major “props” on ChiRunning! I have read and have been continuing to read your book since May of this year. Your ideas and philosophies changed my running style and I felt that I had become a better runner. Well….yesterday I put the ChiRunning practice into use for my second ever marathon. I ran the Yonkers Marathon, which is rated the third hilliest marathon in the country. Not only did I beat my previous marathon time by ten minutes(the Philly Marathon which is one of the flatest marathons in the country) but….my legs feel amazing today! After my previous marathon…I couldn’t walk for two days! I am a testimony to your book and tell ever runner I meet about it. Thanks for your revolutionary ideas and putting a smile on my face when I run!
