Increased agility using the ChiWalking Technique
I just wanted to tell you that I am still working on perfecting my technique in ChiWalking, and am going great. I had my first outdoor dog agility trial of the season last weekend, and ran strongly and without pain! Wow! I am so thrilled.
Right now I have just a hint of under-foot (plantar fascia) sensitivity and tightness (probably after the extra weekend running, and in the excitement of the moment, forgetting my posture), so I’m really concentrating on getting the body points lined up.
I had so much thigh and shin pain before–even to borrowing my husband’s cane one time so that I could get back to the car–that I know I would not have been able to continue on these trials if I had not encountered ChiWalking. This is quite a contrast to my orthopedic physician’s ineffective only suggestion for the past two years to “take more pain pills”!
