Making Improvements.

Read the first 5 chapters and practiced positions/focuses.(I had the advantage of pretty good posture already) Went for the same run on another day
1) Astounded at the speed
2) Astounded at the ease of running
3) NO SHIN SPLINTS – in fact, I went for the same run the next morning
(Sunday) and NO SHIN SPLINTS today either(Monday)!! Different muscles are sore – lower calf outside, above knee inside back of leg (from lifting feet I think) THANK YOU!!! I am continuing to read the book. Now my wife wants to read it.
