From Pose to ChiRunning

I’ve been running for almost twenty years and I picked up the ChiRunning book after spending about a year toying with “pose technique”. Pose helped me to a more fluid running technique, but I just wasn’t getting it. Since incorporating the ChiRunning exercises my training hasn’t been the same. My joints are never sore and my core muscles have never been stronger. I’m only a month into it but I’m converted. I’ve been training in Aikido for about 15 years and I can’t believe I never thought about applying the “center” concept to running. Thank you.
