From a Runner to a Chi Runner
I went out with my dog yesterday for a longer run in our neighborhood (a little under 6 miles…lots of hills). I usually run for the first 2 miles, then walk/run the remainder. Yesterday, I ran the entire time and felt great! Nearly 3 times the distance the first time out using the Chi technique!! And, the best part: I felt *graceful*. I have NEVER in my life felt graceful!! It almost felt like I was floating. I’m so excited about my new “practice”!
So, on Saturday, when I said I wasn’t a runner…I want to change my answer to “I am a CHI RUNNER”!!
