Finished Faster with Chi Training Program
Hello Chi Runners,
I am French and I live in Italy. I am 47 and I started running 7 years ago, and discovered ChiRunning 3 years ago.
Today, I ran Missoula Marathon (great people, great organization, great spirit!). I had left my standard training plan for the Chi Marathon (intermediate) one. It worked beautifully! I thought I could reach 4.10, I finished in 3.47! Thanks! Here is a picture of my focuses for today, can you recognize them?
1) align legs and feet / create column / land mid foot
2) level pelvis / rotate pelvis
3) shoulders forwards / elbows back
4) Heels up-knees down / extend spine
