Hello, I was out on a LSD run on Wednesday and at mile 9 my left calf started to tighten up. I was working on body sensing trying to correct the pain but I could not find the alignment.  I eventually had to stop and walk home because my calf felt like it was going to rip out of my skin.  My calf today, 5 days later is still a littl tight.  I need to go running today as I am training for my 3rd marathon coming up in March.  Should I be running?
