Enjoying Charity Runs with ChiRunning

« Go Back
I started running charity 5K’s last year @ the age of 48. They were difficult and then… I came across the ChiRunning Book. This year, I decided to kick it up a notch using the Chi techniques. I trained & ran my 1st 1/2 marathon this Aug with a time of 2:22. It was so much fun I decided to do another. Last weekend I ran in the Denver Rock ‘n’ Roll 1/2 with similar results.
Hoping to find a ChiRunning partner in my area (Rapid City, SD) and take a workshop @ some point. I’ve attached a pre-race photo from a few weeks ago at the Denver Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon & 1/2. I  will be trying my Chi techniques in my first 10K Trail Race this weekend. You know you’re going to be in the woods when one of the race tips is to “please remember It’s hunting season so everyone is  advised to wear some orange”  Oh my…
Thanks for the info,
