ChiRunning is just like moving asana
I have practiced yoga for 11 years and only started running about a year ago. I could not understand how to apply the principles described in your book to my running. On reading your book the penny dropped; for me, ChiRunning is asana on the move!
The idea of the lean is great and I liken it to a satellite falling around the Earth (never hits the ground of course). My breathing and body awareness feel in tune with the approach taken in my Iyengar class! A great read and well crafted showing deep insights into running. I have found a new and revitalising approach to an exercise that admittedly is not my natural place but I now look forward to running as I do my weekly yoga class!
