ChiRunning breakthrough from a Facebook friend
I was going to give up running until because of all the pains I was getting, before a friend recommended the ChiRunning book. I love how in depth it describes what you’re supposed to do. Since I read it, I have been able to run harder, more frequently and more pain free. I have qualified for Boston since reading (which I never thought possible) am on the verge of becoming a sub-3-hour marathoner.
