Thank you for making such a powerful impact in my life! Using the focuses I learned in ChiRunning, I cranked out 125 miles, with two hours to spare, and NO soreness the following days, which has never been the case in the four years I’ve done the ride (I did do the Arnica Montana and vitamin C regimen. The main focus I used was relaxing my body, exhaling longer and, while riding up hills, I heard Danny saying, “Make things simpler, not harder.”Thanks so much for an awesome technique! It works!
