ChiRunning a Half Marathon Improved My Time and Energy!

On 29 Oct 2011, I ran my 3rd half marathon, what made this one different is that i was able to practice the ChiRunning techniques that i have learned and wow, what a difference it made in my running. I was able to shave 3 minutes off my previous times, my legs felt so much better before, during and after the run. I am so looking forward to being able to master the ChiRunning technique and hopefully be able to not only improve my half marathon time, but run a full one as well.
