Ever since I was 16 years old, I have loved running. Plagued with injuries and only 1 single 1/2 marathon under my belt at age 39, I purchased your book, and applied theĀ  techniques. In just 6 months I ran Vancouver marathon in 3:45, and planning to qualify for Boston within the next year, by completing a sub 3:20 marathon.

Fitness really is less than 1/2 the battle. Bio-mechanics is the key ingredient, and your book describes proper running form in a way that makes it easy to understand.
