As an adult soccer player
As an adult soccer player, I always wanted to run to improve my
game but was afraid that it would put added stress on my already
over-stressed knees. But I have read your book and it is wonderful! I have
been running for about 6 months now with no injuries and I definitely see an
improvement in my game. I feel like I’m VERY slowly getting the technique
down but I am certainly enjoying the journey… Many thanks in
