A physician’s recommendation
As physicians we recommend increasing activity to almost every patient, and the simplest form is walking and running. Yet we have never had a reference for techniques to make this easier and more injury free. ChiWalking and ChiRunning provide sound biomechanical principles to make movement more efficient. There is a “how to” on technique for every activity on the planet, yet we assume walking and running are skills which need no refining. I use the ChiRunning techniques and have found less discomfort and easier effort. If you are a fitness walker, ChiWalking will improve your performance and enjoyment of your activity.
