A New Mentality with ChiRunning
A “thank you very much” note: I just finished a race that I have run for the last 6 years. After finishing the race last year I decided to try ChiRunning. Long story short, my usual pace for the 5 miler was a 9:30 – 10 m/m depending on the year. This year, after training ChiRunning style I crossed the finish at a 8:40m/m. Such a difference in so many ways … recovery was not an issue this time around, and the hills were brutal!
