Walking Miles Pain Free After Ankle Injury

It seems so long since we were in sunny NC with you (Danny) and Katherine.  Lynn and I have been totally faithful in our Chi walks and runs, going out daily and deepening our experience with your techniques.

Because of an old ankle injury that tends to swell when I run, I've become a faithful walker. Yesterday, I walked four miles in an hour . . . I'm not up to marathon standards but I am feeling so good and so fit and, best of all, so pain free.  

Lynn has been walk/running faithfully, and mixing this up with really vigorous weight training because he is still building professionally and needs his core, shoulder, and leg strength for daily work as well as the benefits of increased aerobic capacity. He looks wonderful and feels awesome.

All in all, we are doing very well thanks to your amazing Chi Wisdom.

I'm so excited that I'm compelled to write! I lost 65 pounds last year and I've spent the year doing step aerobics, weightlifting and various dance/excercise classes, some pilates, some yoga, etc.
