Staying Focused in Difficult Times with Chi Running

I have been Chi Running since November last year and have found it has had a hugely positive impact on my running form, injuries, and my well being in general. Chi running helped me through a very difficult time in my life earlier this year. Earlier this year the company I work for announced that it was to close at the end of May with the lose of all jobs. The economic climate is such that jobs are hard to come by, and I was at risk of loosing everything that I had built up for my family. Chi Running and Chi Living helped me to stay focused and fit through dark days, and gave me clear perspective on my situation.  I used Chi Running skills to plan my job campaign, and even used Chi focuses and relaxation techniques in the job interviews; the result is that I acquired a great new job that I have long aspired for.

Over the past 45 years, I have trained for and run a race of one mile or longer every year but one. I worked my way up to running marathons, but in 1982 began experiencing knee pain – ultimately in both knees.
