No chronic tentonitis with Chi Running
Hi. I'm from Spain (Europe).
I knew about Chi Running from the Total Immersion Book. Since that book has made me enjoy my swimming a lot more than I did before, and I stopped running two years ago for chronic tendinitis in my knee, I got interested in Chi Running and.... Incredible!!! I´m running again!!!
Maybe my Chi Running technique is not the best, but I´m running again and with no pain in my knee. Since I thought I would never run again, the pleasure I feel is double! So, many thanks Danny and your team!!!
