New ChiRunner Sees Immediate Results

I'm a late-in-life runner - I just turned 50 in March and am a beginner. I usually run about a 15 minute mile. I saw a post about your book on Facebook sent by Active.com. Curious, I clicked on the link and read the info. It basically talked about applying 4 things to your running; pelvic tilt, mid-foot strike, relaxing tense muscles, and focusing on moving from your core. The next day I attempted to apply these items to my usual 4 mile run/walk. I was amazed at my time, it had improved by 2 minutes! I went straight to the internet and purchased the book. I received it the next day. I had barely started the book, and the next run I improved 45 seconds from the previous run. I can't wait to see how much more I can get out of my runs physically, mentally, and spiritually. I feel like a brand new work in progress and can't wait to get the full advantage of Chi Running. I am so glad I clicked on that link. The book is awesome, I can't put it down. Thank you for opening my eyes to a whole new world of running!
