Marine Corps Marathon Training Gets Better with Chi Running

Just writing to thank you for a great class. Sunday after Saturday's class I did an 18 mile run in preparation for Marine Corps at the end of the month. Lots of old injuries are fading away as I practice the technique, and I am looking forward to my first marathon in ten years. Thank you, Danny and the assistants for a great day.
