Half-Marathoner Finishes Faster and Pain-free with Chi Running
A message of pure gratitude as your book on Chi Running has completely changed my running experience. In only three and a half years I've gone through patellar tendonitis (in both knees), plantar fasciitis, and many other injuries I can't even describe.
By applying the Chi Running method, not only have I forgotten what running pains are all about but I reduced my time in the Miami Half Marathon from 1:57 in 2010 to 1:45 in 2011... that's 12 minutes (and after the race I wanted to keep on running)!!!
