Due to tendonitis in my left leg…
I picked up your book 2 months ago. My wife saw you on CNN. I stopped running 15 years ago due to tendonitis in my left leg. Over the years I could only get up to 2 or 3 miles without any pain. So I took up cycling. I did a sprint triathlon in October and struggled with the 2.5 mile run.
After reading your book and trying out your technique I was able to run my first 10k in December. I ran a very comfortable 55:08. I now know using ChiRunning I can work my way up to a half marathon.
