ChiRunner Decreases Marathon Time by 41 Minutes at age 70!

My Chi Running experience update:

I ran the Virgin London Marathon on 17th April 2011 in 04:22.48. In 2010 I did it in 05:03:01. This year's time was unexpected. I put the improvement down to the Chi Running technique. The qualifying time for Boston at my age (70) is 04:30.

Over the past 45 years, I have trained for and run a race of one mile or longer every year but one. I worked my way up to running marathons, but in 1982 began experiencing knee pain – ultimately in both knees.
