Chi Techniques Made 200-Mile Backpacking Trip Easy

I took a ChiRunning clinic from Dr. Keith McConnell out of Eugene Oregon last spring.  Of course I'm still learning but loving it.  I used all the techniques on a 200 mile backpacking trip this summer and the results were fantastic.  We averaged 20 miles per day and zoomed up hills. Thanks for introducing me to Chi techniques!

21 year pr of 3:10:31 at St. George, Utah. Won age group by 30 minutes, and set new 65-69 age record by 3 minutes. Chi Running works! Pace 7:16. Good day!
