Chi Techniques Made 200-Mile Backpacking Trip Easy

I took a ChiRunning clinic from Dr. Keith McConnell out of Eugene Oregon last spring.  Of course I'm still learning but loving it.  I used all the techniques on a 200 mile backpacking trip this summer and the results were fantastic.  We averaged 20 miles per day and zoomed up hills. Thanks for introducing me to Chi techniques!
