Beginner Runner at age 65, Chi Runner at age 66
Started running: age 65. Chi Running Book: age 66. Last month I turned 72. I run every day. I'm still learning Chi Running. Of late, further into total relaxation. Letting the lean move me. Legs so relaxed. Feet starting to feel like the wheel of a unicycle under me. Most exciting is the sensation that I used to get skiing, an exquisite body sensation.
